“The property was a a very old house in a poorer area. The bed was only a double. The worst was the fact that there was no heat. There was mold in the bathroom.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Very modern facility. Very clean, and the staff were really nice. Will definitely stay again.”

“It was very clean, but needs a room update. The small air conditioner sat on a tv stand. The room was filled with second hand treasures, and made the room feel a little tired. The room was large which was nice but the wiring was questionable (everything plugged into an overloaded outlet). The bathroom was updated and spacious. The breakfast was a continental style with hard boiled eggs. The coffee was good.”

“The cohesiveness with the Casino was a big draw for us. We planned a small getaway at Casino NB to celebrate our recent engagement and it did not disappoint. From the moment of Check-in we were treated in the most courteous manner and made us feel at home. We enjoyed time by the pool, at the casino for some gambling and the Buffet and just relaxing. It was just what we needed to finish out a whirlwind of a week. The only thing that I could even think of critiquing was the lack of breakfast,……

“Excellent location; convenient to navigate throughout Charlottetown and beyond. Delicious warm breakfast; breakfast room fills up quickly but there are spots close to the fireplace for extra seating. Warm pool but no hot tub. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Would stay again , if we ever get to return to beautiful PEI!”

Owners of the hotel,Mr.Ma & Mrs.Zhang both are very nice, not only offer us a free upgraded wonderful family Room as we travelled with junior daughter with lots of luggages, but also give us Great helps and advices while staying. absolutely Great memories and will definately miss them. wish all the best:)”

“La chambre était propre et le personnel était gentil. Par contre, durant les deux jours de notre séjour, il y avait seulement un employé à la réception. Quand l’employé était parti aider un client, il n’y avait donc personne… Au déjeuner, ce sont des assiettes jetables qui sont utilisées et durant notre 2e déjeuner, l’hôtel n’en avait plus à donner…”
