Checked in, the male clerk at the counter wasn't very helpful. He took my deposit for the dog fee.
He gave me the two door keys and told me the room number. I asked where the room was located, and he just pointed into the large parking area and said, "That way."
After driving through the whole parking lot to find the room, I found it. Parked in front of the room.
When I open the room and flip the light switch. A couple of lights did not come on. It was a theme throughout the room. When the bathroom fan light was turned on, the heat light and the light next to it did not turn on. It was a really dark bathroom.
For the money I paid for this room, I expected the fully functional amenities promised on your website. This experience will now be a major factor if we ever use Red Lion again. I felt I wasted my money on the service of a Motel 6 or less at a Red Lion Hotel. Will pass on my experience to my company, friends, and family: not to book with Red Lion properties. At this point, you would have offer a comp for any future stays.
