“The lobby area is deceiving. Just look behind the front desk counter. From floor to ceiling it’s filthy. And never was there anyone attending the front desk. I ended up piling my key cards on a bunch of other people’s who had “checked out” when we tried to leave. The sink was clogged and we had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the bathtub. No one answered the front desk or housekeeping phone ever. The absolute grossest thing was that they reused the shampoo and clearly diluted with……

“We had a minor issue with our room keys initially but the lady at the front desk was kind enough to not only reset the keys but also walk up to our room with us to make sure they worked. Our room was ready upon check in but I do know that there were other people whose rooms were not ready at 3pm. The sheets on the bed had minimal elastic left in them so they kept coming off. Overall though our room was clean, the stay was fine and it did the job for what we needed to. We felt safe and clean and……
