“I was placed right next to the elevator and is an older model and it was a little noisy”

“Stay Away. The place is a dump and the staff are very unprofessional. A few issues with the room (broken faucet, filthy room, etc.) We were told we'd receive a refund of some sort, so far we've received nothing. The Comfort Inn down the road is much better and cheaper, too. The breakfast was also terrible.”

“Booked this place because of the indoor pool. It was closed. Air conditioner in room was very loud. Juice dispenser was empty and the pancake machine had issues. Kitchen attendant was open complaining about her job while working. Overall, I feel management is the issue. There are other hotels to choose from at this exit.”

“This place was ok if you're not concerned with cleanliness, was not cleanliness at all . Staff was very nice, and it was quiet the 2 nights we stayed. All in all I wouldn't stay there again but if you want to go cheap for work it would be fine.”

“Expedia website says pets stay free. That's not true. When I arrived to check in they said it was $15 per dog, I had 2 small dogs. I didn't expect that.”

“I want to start by saying that the staff was wonderful and very helpful. I was just very unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. As I was checking in other guest were complaining on the cleanliness of their rooms. We had to switch one of our rooms and the rooms had a weird smell and the door was broke. The pool was cloudy couldn’t see the bottom and had floating particles. That was the last straw we ended up leaving and they gave us a refund no hassle and very understanding ”

“We had a minor issue with our room keys initially but the lady at the front desk was kind enough to not only reset the keys but also walk up to our room with us to make sure they worked. Our room was ready upon check in but I do know that there were other people whose rooms were not ready at 3pm. The sheets on the bed had minimal elastic left in them so they kept coming off. Overall though our room was clean, the stay was fine and it did the job for what we needed to. We felt safe and clean and……

“From desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. Hotel was dirty, run down. The cost was $60 for the Waterpark and was very small and didn't hsve much. No food court was open on a Saturday and thetr was lifeguards were not paying much attention to what was going on. Waterpark needed a lot of maintenance, definitely over priced and not worth the money for the hotel or the park. Wouldn't go back.”
