The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu

"Prime location at Yokohama Bay, Minatomirai. Within walking distance of at least three large malls. Connected to Queens Square, which sits on top of a train station. Easy route to Haneda by train. We ate at the Kaiseki restaurant in the hotel and the beef quality was not nearly high enough to justify the cost of the food. Cooked and seasoned very well, but not high quality tender meat. Very chewy. Normally a hotel like this would have elevated food costs and equally elevated quality. I’m not sure whether the restaurant is independently run or is part of the hotel."

"I stayed in a double room and a single room .For the price it is okay-storage for luggage is under the bed.I find the bathroom very small as a 5’8 when sitting my knees nearly touch the door.Overall I found the single room to be slightly more spacier overall.Would stay here again because of the easy check in and out process.Especially the express check out which was very convenient for catching 5am trains to Narita airport.No complications."

The restaurant was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are exceptionally clean and well maintained. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary amenities available on every floor, including tea, toothbrushes, hair oil, hair care items, and shavers, which added convenience and value to our stay. My family and I would stay again."
