This gorgeous, wooded property is a botanical paradise that backs up to 70 acres of land. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Or, stroll through the beautifully landscaped yard and take in an array of flowers and trees never seen before in San Antonio. All this in the heart of San Antonio! YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS LOCATION! SIX FLAGS, LA CANTERA, THE RIM & MORE! If you are wanting an 'escape' on your vacation, but want to be close to all the action, then this is the home for you!

This is a gorgeous home, abundant with character that will last well after your stay! State-of-the-art kitchen with all the upgrades including granite counter tops and bay window with pool views. Living room walks out to private oasis with enormous pool, hot tub, over-sized yard, and views of 70 acres of land.

Our home is in a great location (Northwest side of San Antonio, just west of 1-10 and just south of 1604). It’s just 5 minutes from Six Flags and LaCanterra Golf Course and outdoor mall; 10-15 minutes from SEA WORLD and Lackland Air Force base, just minutes from groceries, stores, restaurants and anything you could ever need during your stay. The neighborhood was established in the 1980’s, and it’s been very well maintained. It’s quiet and family oriented, so we do ask guests to be respectful of that (NO PARTIES).

The beautiful weather in San Antonio affords us the luxury of having our pool open YEAR ROUND! Our pool is not heated, but history has proven December and January (and sometimes February) are really the only months it gets too cold to swim. The pool at this home is 9 ft. deep at the deep end. NOW FEATURING A STATE-OF-THE-ART HOT TUB TO RELAX IN YEAR ROUND!

We were very pleasantly surprised with the property. It's a beautiful house, clean and great communication. The back yard was my favorite. I took my parents with me for my son's graduation and they loved the back yard. We even saw deer, it did not feel like a big city home. Very tranquil, perfect! Thank you!

3 Quiet Night in San Antonio
This rental home is in a great location for visiting Six Flags and getting into the city easily while still enjoying peace and quiet for your evenings. It was very clean upon arrival and check in & out were easy. We were happy to have ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms and the backyard felt very private. Overall we were quite content with the property and the property managers were very fast to reply with any questions we had. The pool was a little chilly (because it was only April) and the hot tub was a little hot for our tastes- we still used them both though! Only downsides were the lack of some smaller details- no towel hooks in the bathrooms, cabinets and dishwasher showing their age, no laundry detergent provided, etc. It was nothing that impeded us having a great time and we’d still recommend this home for families enjoying San Antonio. Thank you!

Everything was great. Wildlife encounters included deer, coyote, hawks and Texas coral snake! Loquats were a fun treat. Pool and hot tub were awesome and having test strips available was comforting and thoughtful.

We enjoyed pur visit to San Antonio and this property. Everything was as described. Communication was great with property manager. Nears tons or restaurants, walmart, sams and easy the interstate. Would recommend to anyone.

Home was beautiful. Everything was carefully thought out for us to be able to enjoy our visit. We enjoyed our coffee watching deers, red cardinals and squirrels. Pure tranquility in the middle of the city. One thing we did wish was that the dinner table would sit at least 6. We did pull chairs from the dinnete so we all could enjoy our dinner together. We are planning to come back in September and we will be staying there again. Loved the location being centralized to everything.

Home sweet home
We loved our stay at this homey VRBO. Their communication process was clear and through, including a binder of printed materials regarding the check in and out processes and local recommendations. The backyard made the stay! We loved watching all the birds and deer. I was recovering from a surgery and had to use a special recliner in the living room. The owners were gracious enough to allow me to use it and even had somebody there for the pickup since we flew home early in the morning. Above and beyond on all fronts! Thank you so much for the hospitality!

The property is GREAT. The pool and spa are enjoyable and the the deer feed on the other side of the fence. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with grocery stores nearby. The property is very close to 6 Flags park too plus various shopping. Downtown San Antonio is only 20 minutes drive. Very nice property.

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and well appointed. Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and all the wildlife visitors! Every day we received visits from deer, racoons, and squirrels. The only suggestion would be a comfier sofa in the living room. The sectional and chairs are not very comfortable for lounging and watching tv. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Excellent visit to San Antonio!
Enjoyed our stay! Excellent location, house was nice and very clean and stocked with necessities (e.g. coffee and creamer!!) and then some! Stairwell was a bit tricky for us so pay attention on the midlevel landing coming down but the loft area is a great space, almost like a 4th bedroom! The pool was immaculate and offers a lot of privacy. We were also able to enjoy a lot of wildlife on the property behind the house, deer come to eat and drink from a feeder on the adjacent property. I will definitely stay here again in the very near future.

Family Time with Fun in the Sun
Great 4 days with family! Excellent location with easy access to whatever you need and anywhere you want to go. Quiet cul-de-sac, private fenced back yard with view of woods. Many sightings of deer, raccoons, birds and butterflies! Kids loved it!! Pool is fabulous with clear blue water and well maintained. Spa was the perfect place to relax tired muscles. Outside dining/sitting area was a great place to have snacks after a swim and sit and talk. Beds were soft! Linen in bed,bath and kitchen were clean. A nice welcome gift of chips and salsa was greatly appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed to put our meals together. Had a great family night watching a movie and sitting all together in the living room. The home has aged a little from the photos. Some wear and tear inside and out but some TLC will bring back the original glory! Management company was great at communicating with us prior to arriving. Had no issues finding and getting into the home. We had a blast! Hopefully it will be available next year when we come to San Antonio again. Thanks Donna for being our contact.

Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing property!
Enjoyed our stay as we were looking for a place with privacy and a pool. The wildlife was fantastic to watch and the pool was great to have out back and enjoy at any time! Family Vacay to San Antonio!
There was 5 of us That stayed at the property. Grandma, Son and family. - 2 children. The house was perfect and the accommodations were excellent for sleeping arrangements.. The house was very clean when we arrived and we were happy. The only reason I did not give all fives was due to the upkeep of the grounds.. I know it has been very dry there but there was a lot of dead grass and dead flowers dead bushes. Not like the picture that is on the website.. The pool however was very well kept and very clean and we definitely enjoyed that part of the outside. Overall great stay 4.5 Stars.

This house was so spacious it’s in a cul de sac so good for kids that want to play outside. Also has a spacious garage for parking and driveway for a total of 4 cars the pool and backyyard is so beautiful I saw deer up close.So Cool! The rooms are also really spacious and there’s enough room for 5-8 people. Walmart is also two minutes up the road as well. Great location lots of food and about 20 minutes from the SA RIVERWALK! We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay
The house was in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. The pool was great to swim in at any hour of the day. The deer that came to drink from the trough behind the fence was a bonus and watching the hummingbirds while sitting on the back porch.
