This spectacular South Mission Home sleeps up to 6 and is ideal for families with children!
Cute 2 Bedroom, 1 bath unit, just 4 doors from the Bay and one block
to the ocean. A roof-top deck provides great views of the Bay for
nightly fireworks displays. Remodeled Kitchen with granite
countertops and Marble tiled Bath. Unit
also has a fireplace and complete amenities--Free WiFi, Cable TV, DVD player
and stereo.
Large front courtyard area complete with palm trees, includes patio
furniture, and BBQ.
Free On site laundry facilities.
Other things to note
In response to COVID19, we will be taking extra care in conducting thorough cleanings for stays. Our maids will be wearing masks, gloves and will be cleaning with bleach and alcohol-based cleaners.

San Diego Vacation

Property is in a great location and came as advertised. Dan was very responsive to any issues we had. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, especially around kids bedtimes. Garage was a tight squeeze for a minivan, but having the off street parking was a major plus. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great time at this home! Our kids loved being so close to the beach and bay. Walking distance to store and things were great! Would def stay here again!

Great location, but unit not really cleaned

Unit was unsufficiently cleaned, bed linen missing. Be prepared to do some extra cleaning when arriving. The beach house is located very conveniently between the bay and the ocean in a quiet corner of South Mission Beach. However, the airport is close which brings a lot of departing and arriving planes above your head. After 3 days, you'll get used to it.

Exactly what was described when we booked

Perfect and comfortable house- we have three kiddos and our entire family were very happy! Love that we can walk to the beach in 2 min and less then a minute to the bay! All the sand toys and chairs you need! And very kind host!

Very nice place and in a great area.

We had a great time. Nice quiet place and the neighbors that live there are very nice as well. This is not a party house, it is in a nice neighborhood that is very relaxing. Close to the beach and bay and if you like fireworks, walk to the bay around 9 and you can see Sea World's fireworks every night. Bonus!! We took the family, Wife 2 kids and they each brought a friend. Plenty of room. Off street parking is great too because parking on the street is non-existent. Dan the owner is awesome. Took care of everything and responded very quickly to when I called or texted him. Highly recommend this place for a nice quiet stay. Larry and Family.

Great location & perfect for family fun!

I always return to this favorite spot-- open & airy home with a great rooftop deck and patio that are ideal for evenings of barbecues & wine! Awesome location.. in a quaint courtyard of friendly neighbors.. nestled right between the beach and the bay... so it's just a short walk or bike ride to tons of outdoor options. Better yet, you don't even have to hassle with traffic for a great glimpse of the nightly fireworks show at nearby SeaWorld!
