-Like many beach homes, this property does not have AC.
-San Diego Airport flight path run adjacent to South Mission Beach. Although not under the flight path some airplane noise may be heard on occasion; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth the slight chance of potential noise!

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
Home has a Tandem Carport (7'6 H x 7'8 W x 36' D) & 2-Car Tandem Garage (6'10 H x 8' W x 24'4 D). There is limited additional public street parking and public parking lots a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
