“I don’t even know how to start this review but my experience with a hotel Viaggio at (Mazatlan) was horrible. I paid for an all inclusive stay and when I arrived, they did not honor that. The worst part was the housekeeping. I requested for waters and coffee every day and not once did the stuff arrived. Not once said they changed out my bedsheets. At one point, I even stopped the housekeeping lady in the hallway and she refused to hand me any waters or coffee. I do not recommend the stay. I……

“Very little if any spoken English which made it hard to communicate with any staff members. Very much so a more visited resort from locals in Mexico. Food was below average with very few options to pick from and same stuff day after day. Nathalie our server at the outdoor bar was the best part of our trip!
