“Excellent and staff”

“Where to start? First let me say that Ambar are condos, not a resort so each unit is individually owned & most are managed by different property managers. Our unit was managed by GPS Hospedajes Vacacionales. I could not get access to the property, they told me to see the administator who was not there for the 1st 6 days of our week there. The security guard was also no help. Once we did get in, there were no face cloths, hand towels, bath towels, dish cloths or dish towels. There were no pillow……

“We enjoyed this place--it was roomy and had everything we needed. It was also a very secure place with two programmed gates. Our goal was to rest and be refreshed and that's what we did! We enjoyed the pool and often were the only ones there. The beach was a five minute walk where we could enjoy the beauty of the waves as well as the pelicans, seagulls, seashells....We enjoyed cooking some of our meals and also going out to the many restaurants around--and the people we met were helpful in……

“Habitaciones con muy buena vista! En general todo muy bien la estacia fue maravillosa, sin duda volveria, mi unica sugerencia seria que el hotel necesita bastante mantenimiento de todas las areas, habitantes, baños , alberca y que el restaurante pueda dar servicio toda la semana, el hotel es increíble el personal muyy amable , la vista excelente, solamente el mantenimiento falta”

“We loved Mazatland! The people were wonderful. The host was lovely, communication was hard we only speak English and she only speaks Spanish. We used google translate. And managed. We will be come back to Mazatland. For us it was to far from the beach about 7 city blocks. The closes store was oxox about a 15 minute walk. The grocery store were all in town 20 to 30 minute bus ride. The apartment was fine but very little in it. No toaster no dishes you could but in the oven. And no oven mitts. 1……

“Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. The staff were very nice and polite, unfortunately I cannot say that about the condo owners, some were rude. As far as the view of the ocean was great, easy access to the……
