“Reserve por expedía y compre el seguro (siempre lo hago) y descubrí que no sirve para nada. Tuve un inconveniente y no pude llegar esa noche, el personal del hotel no me quiso ayudar, no solicité la devolución del dinero sólo pedía que me dieran una habitación al día siguiente incluso de menor costo pero se negaron (si había habitaciones) la Srita de recepción se negó a ayudarme. Expedía dijo que si se habría podido hacer algo si el hotel hubiera accedido. ”

“I didn’t feel safe with the active construction going on in the room just a few doors down from me. I could smell chemicals in the hallway and there was a carpet folded over in the hallway creating a tripping/falling hazard and without any warning or signs nearby.”
