“The property was within driving range for our planned activities. Our problem had to do with the family above us. There were 3 children that stomped or marched from 6:15 am to 11:00 pm. Multiple visits to the room was made by the staff, nothing helped.”

“The room was clean. The couch was too low for me to easily get up from. They did bring a chair that I could sit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options offered little for gluten and dairy free. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was small and hard to move about in it. The bed was comfortable. It's very close to the Ark Encounter, which was great.”

“I arrived at 12:15 am to check in. No one was there!!!! I called the telephone # 5 times and no one answered!!! I had already paid for the room on line so I asked a lady where the desk clerk was. She said she may be in the restroom. I continued to wait and 30 minutes passed no desk clerk. The manager of the Red Roof told another employee to check me in after 45 minutes had passed. People about 20-30 years old were hanging outside and in lobby. They were respectful but there was an Oder of……

“The pool was smaller than in the picture. 5 or 6 kids in pool playing was the max to have fun”
