“We stayed in one of the cottages which although a bit dated offer a lot of space and character. The room itself was spotless and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Loftsome bridge although off a main road for convenience is lovely and quite due to it being a good distant back from it, so you get the best of both worlds a good nights sleep and connectivity to all the local attractions with York not being too far away. “The Mayflower is a lovely pub The staff where very friendly & helpful. Few issues, the plug was missing for the sink in the en-suite. The plug hole itself wasn't clean, needs a serious clean There's no shelf in the shower to put anything on. For the tea /coffee facilities there was no spoon. The single standing lamp, the blub was missing. But other than that, nice spacious room, comfy bed. ”
