“Nice property ”

“The host was amazing and communicative. When we needed an air mattress to accommodate my 6’4” son, they brought one right over with an extra set of nice bedding. Place is very cute, kitchen was a nice extra although we just used the fridge. Plan to come back this winter!”

“We stayed here during a small home project. Proximity was great. The space is the perfect size and very well maintained. We enjoyed going to the restaurants and coffee shop just up the street. Appreciate that it is on a quiet street and close to Alberta St with its shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it!”

“Laundry onsite, host was amazing with communication and approachable. Bed is at end of life, very soft with a hollow in middle, some areas of home were not cleaned well, bed base dusty dirty( what was visible beside mattress), bedside table wasn’t clean. Dishes put away by prior guests were dirty.I couldn’t adjust my heat, got a bit warm. This is the basement and there was significant creaky stair noise above the bed. That said this is a lovely place and was perfect for my stay and would stay……

“Newly renovated and clean”

“The space was really good. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was missing a couple of essentials... Can opener, strainer and a spatula (we left a strainer and spatula). And the dishes could have been cleaner. I feel the "fenced" yard was misrepresented (and not clarified when I emailed and asked about it). It looks like it is the space you see in the pic - which is not fully fenced and shared. The fully fenced section to this unit is behind it and approx 5 feet wide. We had a very busy……
