I found a great deal on Hotels.com. Check-in was easy, the front desk was so kind, and the room was ready early. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. After a week of traveling in other budget hotels, I appreciated the good sleep. The hotel was quiet and had a small courtyard area set back from the street. Parking was included in a lot a few steps away from the building, with free coffee and a kitchen to be used off the main lobby. Centrally located between the boardwalk and downtown. We had tickets to a concert there. It was very convention. The Chinese restaurant right across the street was very good. We had breakfast back behind at the Firefly Coffee House which was very good. The room was perfect for our one night stay. Very clean and quiet. Parking was a little tricky so I would suggest checking in during hours if you can. But it was very nice to park in their little lot and then just walk everywhere. Seaglass light fixtures Beach and wood accents. Friendly and attentive reception and greeting crew! the tall ceilings in the king rooms give a grand beach spacious feel to an already big room. The owner’s inspiration for the build and design are so eco friendly and sooo Santa Cruz vibe.
