I have seen a lot of negative reviews on this hotel so I was a little nervous before checking in. I called on our way to see if it was possible to get a bottom floor room as we were brining our bikes. They accommodated me no questions asked. They are dog friendly and in an excellent location! Close to the boardwalk and tons of food. Our room was great for what we needed plus tons of room for our 3 bikes. We had hot water and AC.

Positive+ - Room was nice, all the switches and lights were working, hot water in the shower, comfy bed with room service while we were out. Close to the Boardwalk! Negative- - Outside trash bins were overfilled, no one at the lobby (you check in via computer), no security (2 weirdos lurking around overnight, car was broken into via smashed window) and the hot tub was maybe 74⁰F at most. It was the cheapest option, if you're looking to rest your head, its ok, but as a multiple night stay maybe look elsewhere

Check in was easy at the kiosk. The room was basic but did the job for sleep and a shower. We noticed that some people claim to have an issue with getting their deposit back, which was concerning. At check out, it's explained that it takes up to 5 days for the hold to clear, which it did. For the price, this place was good. It's close to the beach, near dining, has an indoor hot tub, and plenty of parking.
