My stay there was very nice. The staff were very helpful my check in was super easy and fast ,the room was big enough and clean .We walked to the boarwalk first time visiting santa cruz. It was a good experience. Overall was very nice. Next time i visit santa cruz ill stay there again.

Place was great perfect location. Only thing was that staff at front desk was kind of rude and just told you to go to the check in kiosk when I had other questions, they were helpful the one time I needed something tho so not sure what to say abt it. Ac works great rooms and property were very clean and location once again was amazing!

Very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. My husband is an amputee and I forgot to request a downstairs room when I booked and they were kind enough to accommodate us at check in. Definitely will stay there again.

The room was clean but the pool being my first stop made it really hard to give this place a good review. The hot tub was discolored and there were worms all over the windows. It was really gross. While the location is convenient, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The pool and hot tub was highly chlorinated. The property can seem a little unsafe. It’s close to the beach but a good walk. Staff was emotionless. I like that there was snacks and the microwave is a major plus. Bed is hard and springy.

Our stay was great however parking was horrible and the hot tub was dirt. I tried calling the front desk 4x I was hung up on then never answered. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and the size of the room with 3 beds was surprisingly comfortable.

Not the best area, but not terrible for the price, and the pool and hot tub are open until 10pm which is nice. Seemed like a lot of "street business" was being conducted around the property and of course the usual fighting/screaming couples was ever present. Also, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and wouldn't drain properly due to who knows what was dumped down it previously, so I had to clear that myself which was a little disgusting
