"Wow! What more can I say? This has to be one of the better Pismo trips my family has been on. In the past we have stayed at hotels which were nice, however this condo was such a pleasant surprise. Not only do you get the comfort of having plenty of space, it is also within walking distance to the beach. The view from the balcony is so pleasant, the street is quiet, and you have security as well. If I could, I’d rate this condo more than 5 stars. Truly amazing place and not only would we come...

"The pictures looked so bright fresh and clean, so we were somewhat disappointed upon arrival. Dirty carpets, rotting baseboards in bathroom and broken blinds in bedroom and family room. Shower needs an upgraded shower head. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was spotless. The apartment was very quiet and easy parking. I think it’s in some sort of transition, so might improve in the future. Very close to the beach. Great communication. "
