"Wonderful staff - so helpful and cheerful, really brightened the day. Location is great - 10 mins walk to the main area of restaurants. Parking was OK - a bit tight but manageable. Only downside was that our “basic” queen room (all they had available) had no true window - the false window faced the interior corridor and night exit, so not only does the room have no natural light, we were awakened by inconsiderate guests slamming the heavy steel security door all night long as they came back 3am and later from whatever they were doing, and then being loud in the corridor above our bed. Think the hotel should be clear upfront that some rooms have no windows. Also the rooms have no coffee/tea facility or ironing equipment. "

"Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, often unavailable in breaks or meetings. The property lacked essential amenities like microwaves, refrigerators, and in-room Wi-Fi. There were many mosquitoes, making it unsuitable for young children. While the hotel garden was nice, the overall atmosphere was uninviting, and the "ocean view" room was more of a garden view. The hotel felt run-down and not worth the price or the long trip we took from Rio Grande."

"The property was clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower wonderful.the pool and bar area are lovely and the food excellent.The staff were very nice and helpful. The only disappointment was that there was no beach as listed in the description of the property. In fact, there are no beaches in La Parguera. Honest advertising would be more beneficial and not bring the surprise of finding out upon arrival otherwise. The poolside music also went on too loud and too late. "
