“The house is as listed. It was clean, and the view of Lake Superior was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the ships coming and going. It is in a good location with a short drive to Canal Park, and restaurants. I would stay here again. ”

“They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!”

“We loved our stay! The sandy beach was great for the kids, and they had fun fishing right off the dock. We really enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards. Inside, the kitchen was well-stocked, beds were comfortable, and we loved the coffee station! We would stay here again!”

“We had a great stay. Hosts were amazing, informative, and in contact with us answering any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Location was great for getting around Duluth. Would stay here again. ”

“The only thing I didn’t like was the keypad lock on the door to the basement and that it didn’t have a separate deadbolt for the guest to feel secure. The front and back doors also would be better with a separate deadbolt locks for guest security. If the owner were to forget to change the code between guests or someone gets the code, we would’ve felt more secure being able to lock doors from the inside at night with a separate lock. “Check in was easy, the door was a little tricky to unlock but I got it in a few tries. The space was big and open and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The yard space was nice and being right between the river and spirit mountain is pretty awesome. There’s a neighborhood market just up the street so good access to quick snacks. It was a great time and a very new home that had everything we could have wanted!”

“Everything we needed for a great week was provided! The beach was beautiful, easy to access and so fun! S’mores around the fire pit - yum! We were able to walk into canal park to enjoy that area as well. ”

“The house was very clean and updated. It was right on the beach, which my kids loved! Super close to canal park and we walked there several times. We are already talking about re-booking this home for next summer!”
