"Everything about the Maple Tree was great and easy, especially for the price we paid! We would 100% stay again. It was super clean, and all the staff were helpful. As is typical for many hotels on the Peninsula, it has low ceilings in the hallways and the stucco feels very 1980s. I only add this tidbit because I sometimes find it difficult to discern from the ratings. However, this is one of the best values around!"

"Room was clean and well appointed. Only disappointment was at check in, I was given a lesser quality room than booked/paid for. Which I only realized when I got to the room. When I went back to the desk to inquire about the mistake, I was told several guests extended their stay which made the booked suite unavailable. Clearly I was not going to be told ahead of time and they figured I might not notice. They managed to find one suite that was a handicap accessible unit and put me there when I insisted I should get what I booked and paid for. Never should a property put a guest who has not planned their stay properly before another who has booked ahead of time."

"Absolutely loved our stay. Great and friendly staff. Valet was super welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The treadmills weren’t working. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. The location was in close proximity to the beach and downtown which was perfect. Overall it was amazing and would definitely book again."
