“The house is located in a cul de sac - perfect for little kids to play infront of house and on the street as well as only a short stroll to beach. “The motel was comfortable, clean, easy access and in a convenient position. Unfortunately we encountered a lot of noise from the unit above which was a problem for us as it continued until the occupants upstairs went to bed. It came from heavy ‘thumping’ noises which may be attributed to constant heavy footsteps and movement. There appears to be very little insulation under floor.”
