“Staff is good”

“We travel from Canada to visit family in the North East every year and have stayed here three times now. It has a great atmosphere and the food is very good. We’re already planning for 2027 and we will be back.”

“地方较偏，早餐太差。”

“Couldn’t fault anything, very welcoming, great room , comfy bed. Excellent breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Great location on the high street, and lots of info on parking, warming out etc. will definitely stay again on a next visit to Tynemouth.”

“Such a lovely overnight stay, we were in the area to attend an evening wedding reception. Very clean, great location & superb breakfast & Michael was so welcoming & helpful with the area & directions. Would recommend.”

“Great place and pleasant staff. Would and will stay again.”

Breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. Staff needed chasing up not keeping up replacing side plates, and keeping coffee pots full. Staff were quick to apologise and bring out replacements. We will almost certainly visit again, despite getting a few things wrong the staff were extremely friendly and……

“The premier suite needs the toilet seat fixing and a plumber needs to sort out the drainage as when the bath drains it back up into the shower tray in the bathroom.”
