Just as described but could use a good cleaning, a lot of cobwebs and even though it's in the middle of nowhere maybe add some curtains in the bathroom so if guests want to feel private that can choose to, a working ranch says their are people working that ranch somewhere on the property. "We found the house to be extremely hot on the night we arrived. The thermostat was set on 80, we arrived around 8:00pm, and it took until midnight for it to cool to 70 degrees.
