The best feature has to be the staff who have been here for years, happy in their work They feel like friends, you are so well looked after. Deepak (the Manager) spend time chatting to everyone and Anna & Jo’s (Barman) service was 5 star! Our rooms were always spic’n span.We loved the afternoon tea and special cocktails we had upstairs. I had a FABULOUS spa treatment w/Stephanie and just didn’t want yo leave…. This simply was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at!"
