“Great experience ”

“The laundry service was limited to 1 washer and dryer but it was Free!!!! Bring your own supplies or purchase at the laundry room.”

“The room is damp, and the curtains are moldy. The bed sheets are not clean, and the toilet leaks at the base where it meets the floor.”

“The staff was friendly and the place was quiet. However, the hotel, the Halls, the stairs, the rooms, the kitchen were filthy. When I checked in on Thursday my room smelled a little funny, but not too bad. Friday morning I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Oh well, you know things happen. By Saturday and Sunday I had killed five cockroaches in my room. When I went down for breakfast on Sunday morning I saw cockroaches on the walls of the dining room. I can't believe that this got an eight……

“We booked 5 rooms. 4 of us had significant issues with the condition of our rooms. The staff was incredibly kind. But the hotel is in need of new housekeeping personnel. And the housekeeper shouldn’t show up to the rooms with her dog, who walked straight into the room. ”

“We were delayed checki g in, but the host made.sure we were settled. He was very accommodating. ”
