“Some fittings / furnishings need fixing. Very creaky flooring throughout. The only ‘blight’ of the otherwise excellent breakfast was the salty ‘processed bread’ - ‘brown’ isn’t the same as ‘granary’, ‘whole meal’ or ‘sourdough’!”

Grime in the bathroom where floor meets walls. Very dirty remote control, some kind of sauce spilled on the side of the chest of drawers. Bed linen clean and bed comfortable. The radiator nob not functioning as it should. Should have stayed two nights but left after the first. Sorry, but proper cleaning of the room is so……

“The room was clean but the bed was hard and you needed binoculars to see the TV. We stayed in Kent hall and it seemed like an old office block that has been turned into bedrooms. Breakfast wasn't that great sausages and bacon were overcooked and dry. The parking was not that great either.”

“The room was ok. it was very hot but it had a fan which without was unbearable to sleep even with the window open and the road traffic. Air conditioning would be nice. Ironing board with no iron not very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok.”
