Communication is terrible, when checking in requested rooms refreshed every day but we had to call and come down and speak with manager to get rooms serviced. Next day same problem after complaining we got service. One of our rooms 911 air conditioning not working and could not resolve it.

They did not gave the room that we paid for. We arrived midnight from our flight. They were notified and acknowledge the email as well.They downgraded the room and told us we need to wait the next morning to get the room we booked because its fully booked at that time. Its not our problem anymore. We paid from the day we book the room we have a child and we came from a very tiring flight. The front office lady is very rude and we felt discriminated. We will never go back to this hotel and will never recommend. Its not only us but there are some guest, the same scenario with us. I think its their style, they will ask for additional payment if you want to have another room. This is unacceptable. I've been to many places in the world and this is the worst hotel experience ever! Will never come back!

We stayed at the 19th floor (the highest floor). Room was awesome with a freestanding bathtub, surrounded by glass walls. We loved the open shower, the huge bed and the spectacular views. Service was top notch. Carpet in public areas could need some cleaning but this didn’t spoil our experience. Thanks for our wonderful stay - we will choose the Furama Riverfront again!

Excellent Staff who will really go Up and down for you. LM the Manager is excellent. Horrible Internet (Can't do any Online Meetings using Hotel Internet). Had to use my Roaming Data all the time. Towels in hotel smell very bad. Had to dry myself with Tissues to avoid that smell. Access Card system is very old. In Lift everyone is stuck cause system wont accept your card. Food is Nice. Very close to central activities. If it was not for STaff i would give one star.

The room was very nice, although I wish they had a concrete option to pick rooms with specific numbers of beds. We were not guaranteed two twin beds and an extra bed, and so we did not get the extra bed. The in room service option did not work for me, but the breakfast was very good and the mealtimes were very nice too.
