"My stay had mixed feelings. I didn’t know it was air bnb stay and the hotel staff were handicap in being able to make decisions about early check in. When I got to my room there was a huge trash can full of dirty water in front of my door. The water reeked of mildew. I asked the hotel staff to take care of it and they never did."

"Expedia does not explain that this hotel is not a hotel, but it is actually a vacation property which if I had known I wont have booked it. Parking space too narrow. Very hard to find parking. The next day I called Expedia to cancel the reservation and issue me a refund for the other nights, I was told that I would get a refund for $1321.16. I am still waiting for the refund. I called Expedia several times and every time as told that I would the refund. the property is okay if you like rental properties, I do not. My husband went there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and wanted a nice hotel on the beach, definitely not a rental property."

"Beautiful building/lobby/room. Brand new hotel with high end finishes. Smells great. As others have said, the service has a lot to desire. We arrived Memorial Day weekend, Saturday around 12:00pm. No bellboy was available so we handled our own luggage from the car to the room. We changed and went to the pool around 12:30. There was no one at the pool and there were no towels. We stood around for 20 minutes in the blazing sun, no one came. I went inside, spoke to the front desk, they said they will send someone. 15 minutes later no one came. I went back inside and spoke to the manager. He said someone will be at the pool shortly. 10 minutes later no one came. I went back inside a third time, the manager now said they are working on getting more towels. I asked if we go to the beach would they have lounge chairs and towels? He said absolutely. We went to the beach, no towels, but at least we were able to get lounge chairs and umbrella. We had to wait another 30 minutes for towels and fight with other people to get them as they only brought out 4!!! Pretty crazy, definitely not 5* standards. Once they get the right management, staff and training this can be a really nice resort."

"The property description is pretty accurate. Be aware that it is very small. Ground floor so no view. We were uncomfortable because of the small size and a queen size bed. We communicated that to the host and asked for our money back for at least 5 of the seven nights we had paid for. He refused to return any portion of our paid money because he said that the property (small room) description was accurate. It was pretty accurate but even after explaining that it was too small for us he still refused so we only stayed there two out of the 7 night we had paid for and had to rent an alternate property just down the road. Glad we did because that alternate property was amazing. This is not a great rental because of the size and lack of care from the owner."
