He was entertaining, great with kids and attentive to all guests. He goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy and well taken care of. "

"Overall: The room was spacious with spectacular view of the ocean. Staff was very kind except one in the cafeteria that was a little bit rude .I reserved for 3 days , and the first day no one appears to do my room, no room services , out of that the experiences was fantastic !!!!!"
