They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. "

"The hotel was very clean, and the amenities were great. The only issue I had was the windows in the room were not locked. If my companion hadn’t mentioned it, I would not have checked it. Safety is a major priority. We were on the second floor, but someone could’ve very easily climbed to get through that window."
