“Cute property with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was on the small side, but we knew that going in. The only minor drawback was that it could use a bit more lighting. Overall, though, that’s a very small complaint in an otherwise pleasant stay.”

“Loved the location! Kind staff, breakfast was a good start to the day, the room was what you would expect in a lodge - but had a weird smell. (I'm sure we had a weird smell too after all of the hot weather hiking.) The only thing that didn't work out was we didn't get the room we expected from Expedia. (King size bed) They did not have any remaining rooms like that available, so we made due, and I was glad to be on an end room - so no noise at all.”

“Absolutely perfect place for a gorge getaway! Check-in could not have been easier and the owner was super friendly and gave us all the information we could need in advance so when we got there it was as simple as putting in the key code and unpacking our stuff. The cabin is small but doesn't feel cramped and it's so charming and cute plus the outdoor areas are well-maintained and extremely peaceful. My wife is already trying to plan our return trip!”

“Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost ”

“i stayed in this cabin to enjoy hiking in the gorge. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for the term of my stay. Checking in and out was very convenient. Communication with the host was very accommodating. It was a bit of a drive each day to and from my hiking destinations but i would not necessarily allow that to hinder my decision to return to this cabin in the future.”
