“Great location in the heart of Warwick, NY. Easy to walk around town and visit the local restaurants!”

“Very nice place to spend the weekend with my beautiful wife for our 23rd anniversary! Thank you very much for your hospitality!”

“Amazing place - we will definitely be back .”

“We’ve stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it, so we were disappointed to see the property wasn’t in the same condition as it's been during previous visits. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including difficult-to-operate sliding doors, loose hardware, a dirty deck, and a hot tub with an odor and visible debris that was disappointing.Overall, we enjoyed our time but hope these issues are addressed, as this has been one of our favorite places to stay in the past.”

“We had a wonderful 3 day stay at the condo to attend a wedding. The condo was just as stated on the website, clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, many amenities. “Uber clean home. Kitchen very well stocked. Loved the lapPool and the hot tub. Our family had a fabulous weekend. ”

“Eva was an amazing host and an incredible cook! We didn't know what to expect, but the place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean and her hospitality and friendliness above and beyond. It's close to a few towns but also close to a lot of must see nature areas. We would definitely stay there again!”
