No amenities in the room such as hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Had one use of toilet paper then had to go down and ask for more.

2 things we should've been told at check and weren't: there's a loading zone and the elevators at the partnership parking ramp do not work. Parking is not convenient - about a block away, up the hill/set of stairs to the parking ramp. The elevators at the ramp didn't work. We walked in the rain with our luggage. We mentioned on our way thru the lobby that the elevators didn't work at the ramp. The guy at the desk already knew - could've shared that when he sent us over there. And at check in we should have been told about the loading zone that would've avoided a walk, with luggage in the rain. The room itself was great.
