The staff was incredibly kind. From the front desk staff to the valet .

We were under the impression that the whole property was recently renovated so we expected great comfort. The shower only had one wall dividing the outside and inside, and no door or curtain to close, therefore, water got out every time we showered. The pillows were awful and the place was not the cleanest. Hair and a strangers bottle cap on the floor (the day we checked into the room). You are not allowed to smoke anywhere on the property or near. You'd have to walk down the block for a smoke. No microwave. Not family friendly. They have a restaurant that accommodates mostly adults. Staff is ok but not great hospitality. Housekeeping forgot to leave soap or take out trash even though we requested it beforehand. We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4. We thought it was going to be an upscale hotel because they claim to be over 4 stars. It was definitely not. We will not stay here again nor recommend.

It was clean and quaint. The property was quiet. I wish the air worked and I did tell them that. They also need to add mirrors and a bigger shower. The shower curtain kept clinging onto me . Over all I would come again. They have definitely done alot to beautify the property.
