The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Additionally, a Keurig coffee machine is provided for your convenience. Whether you're planning a holiday feast or whipping up a quick meal, you'll have everything you need to prepare and serve your food.
The kitchen is separated from the great room by a spacious granite island, which provides ample room for gathering and entertaining. The large dining table, which seats eight people, is the perfect spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal with your loved ones. And with extra seating available at the island, everyone can comfortably enjoy their food and conversation together.

3 total bedrooms, including a master suite:
Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Master suite with a king bed, two walk-in closets, and en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity.
Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level, Bunk Room): Twin over a twin bunk bed and a queen over a queen bunk bed set
Downstairs living room: TV and sofa bed
BATHROOMS:
There are 2.5 full bathrooms in the home. On the upper level, you'll find the master en suite which features a double vanity, a large glass shower, and a spacious stand-alone soaking tub. Additionally, there's a convenient hallway half bath on this level. On the lower level, you'll find another full bathroom. With plenty of space and amenities, these bathrooms provide a comfortable and relaxing experience for all guests.
LIVING AREAS
The upper level living area boasts an open concept design, seamlessly integrating the dining room, kitchen, and great room. Enjoy the warmth of a beautiful two-sided stone fireplace while watching TV or enjoying a meal with friends and family. With ample seating, this space is perfect for relaxing and socializing.
The downstairs living area is equally inviting, featuring a foosball table and a premium couch with a premium queen XL sofa sleeper for extra guests. A walkout to the large fenced-in backyard provides easy access to the outdoors. Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day or entertain guests, these living spaces offer the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

*Camera for monitoring the driveway and exterior of the home for safty and security. No cameras inside the home.
*Early / late may be allowed with authorization (extra fees likely apply).
