* No smoking. Smoking in the house will be a $300 fine.
* GUEST IS REQUIRED TO SIGN RENTER AGREEMENT WILL BE EMAILED AFTER BOOKED.
* SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED OF $395. DEPOSIT TO BE PROCESSED BY HOST ON GUEST'S CREDIT CARD.
* MINIMUM AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER IS 21 YEARS OLD
* Keep all trash in the trash bag and place them in the bear metal box. Do not leave trash outside of the bear box or front porch.
* No more than three cars parking at any time. No parking on the street.
* Please ensure that car doors are closed and locked at all times to prevent wild animals from attempting to enter. Additionally, avoid leaving any food inside the car. If this policy is not followed and a wild animals break into your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage.
* An outdoor security camera is installed at the entrance for your safety. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level, as we live in a peaceful neighborhood and want to ensure the comfort of our neighbors. Please also note that, per city ordinance, loud music is not permitted after 10 pm. Thank you for your understanding.
* This is a family-oriented home, where parties or events are not permitted. We kindly ask that all guests be respectful, mature, and responsible during their stay. If you're looking to bring a large group and host a party, this may not be the right fit. We take pride in offering a warm, clean, and tastefully decorated space for those who value their travel experiences and family vacations. Please treat our home with the same care you would your own.
