"The property had a great lighting and positioning. The window placement offered a lot of light while maintaining privacy as it is located behind another single family home on a B lot. There were a few minor stains on the carpet in the living room and some sticky stains on first level floors/couch, nothing too bad that a little more attention to detail couldn’t fix. Communicating via text was really easy- the VRBO app has a lag which has nothing to do with the hosts. "
