“Yes parking was perfect, but the kitchen did not have everything to be able to cook. only one pot and no pan, no knife etc”

“The suites are great. We stayed at a 2 bedroom suite and it was very comfortable. Two elevators were not working and the pool was not appealing since it was very small, near the parking and only a couple of umbrellas in good condition. We planned to fish from shore but when we arrived, we were informed that we couldn't.”

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Super helpful on check in gave me all the local info I needed to know and everything about the property. Clean, great amenities, so close to the beach with great access I think was a private access road, new pool was lovely, very refreshing in the heat!! Staff friendly and helpful. Just all round great experience!”
