“The hot tub was dirty and smelled like mold, the backyard furniture was dirty, no hot water on the first night and last day staying, the gym area treadmill was broke, spiderwebs everywhere the house needs a deep cleaning. Shower in main bathroom was dirty. No air conditioning the house was hot. The grass in the front of the house was too high the people from the town put a notice on the door to have the grass cut or they would be getting a fine. The light wasn’t working in the closet in the……

“The property was clean and well situated for all the activities that we wanted to do around the area. It also had all of the amenities needed for our stay.”

“Property was in a very convenient location to downtown and was as advertised. The checkin process was not smooth and owners were not very responsive, only willing to send non-links through Expedia. The would not call or text. At checkout, we were charged for damages and broken glasses which were not used, and were not reasonable to tell us where things were found.”
