“Clean rooms, friendly staff, free parking, great overall experience!”

“Comfortably furnished cabin with good clean bedding, superior quality bathroom supplies of a brand called farmasi. There were clean towels, a in cabin gas fireplace, a hot tub. We could not get the sauna to work. The property is stones throw away from the beach.”

“Excellent view. Right on the water. The cleaning staff were completely on top of everything. Quiet place. One issue - we reached out 3 separate times in advance of our stay as we had a few questions and while we were able to reach on 2 occasions a live agent and on the third time left a vm message, no one returned our calls. The live voice agent was not able to answer our questions and despite saying she would have someone call us back, no one did.”

“Everything is fine except that the receptionist on ground floor was away for a long time. He left a contact number to call, but I thought he'd be back soon so decided to wait at the lobby for half an hour. Still no show.”

“Beautiful lake view room, nice resort staff. Our stay was during the off season so many amenities were not available. Not a whole lot of privacy and our room was next to a noisy group. Would like to visit again in the summer or early fall.”
