“Excellent location just across CN Tower. Booked a Panoramic Bedroom. Room condition not in good shape as toaster, range hood, main door and main toilet door was broken at check-in. Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed. I guess the staff should ensure apartment is in good condition before renting it out to ensure a……
