“The room was very clean. The outside could use some maintenance. The garbage bins for a view was not what I had in mind. The only food on the property was Indian cuisine…how is that possible?? Very disappointing. There was not much to do on the property. The hot tub and pool was alway full and very loud. But we had a very relaxing stay. I would pick another area next time. ”

“This was the perfect place for an effortless vacation with our son and his family. It is one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. The two-suite set up gave us room to gather together and privacy when needed for the younger ones. Our hosts were quick to communicate and helpful with advice on where to go for a family friendly beach. Of course, the pool was a big hit and it is nice that it was so close.A nearby grocery had everything we needed.We all commented on how comfortable the beds were...

“We really enjoyed this rental, and definitely would rent it again. It is spacious, quiet, well-supplied and modern inside, though it’s in a large re-furbished building. Walking to restaurants and the Avon Theatre; longer walk to the Festival Theatre. Good dining choices nearby .Recommend highly.”

“A lovely, clean, and unique apartment to stay. Location is a cute downtown spot near a river with many little shops. Unfortunately we stayed during an ice storm so didn't see much of the downtown, but the apartment had a few games to keep us company. We were happy with all the amenities provided. Our host, Brendan, provided lots of details, and commincated clearly and promptly. Would highly recommend a visit. For future guests, please note that there were a few stairs to climb.”
