“Their in room coffee machines were useless”

“Tv never worked in the room. The need to fix their internet issues as tv reception is thru a firestick. Basically it was not watchable the entire time we were there. I explained to the staff when they were available but by 5 pm the desk is not occupied for help.”

“Super cute rooms, lots of special touches to each room. Extremely clean, staff go above and beyond to make you stay enjoyable!”

“The staff are more concerned about spending time outside on the sidewalk smoking than helping quests. My room didn’t have towels and I had to request them several times. In fact , I didn’t get them until the next morning. Also the shower stall had a hair ball floating around in it. A single hair I could handle but not a hair ball. The shower was definitely not cleaned in awhile.”

“There was no hot water. Therefore couldn't shower or have a bath in the beautiful antique tub. Which was part of the ambiance of this hotel room. My son stayed there 6 years ago and had no water and friends of ours had stayed there 9 years ago same thing no hot water. What is up with that!! .”
