"Fantastic Casita!I loved my stay here, and I'm going to recommend it to everyone going to Spring Mountain! The place is super clean and extremely nice. The hosts have literally thought of everything! Water, coffee and creamers, wine bottle opener, remote for HVAC, TV set for guest stay, glasses, games, books, iron with distilled water, cups plates and silverware, etc. Just amazing!"
"Lady at front desk was super helpful especially since I notified them that I would arrive late due to unfortunate circumstances. It was awesome to have a pizza place just around the parking lot which helped alot since I did arrive fairly late. Location is the reason I chose to stay at K7 BnB and if it weren't for that unfortunate circumstance, it would have worked out perfectly. Though I liked the book cover, I was surprised, in a very good way, about what's inside. The bathroom especially, is quite roomy."
"Quiet, clean, safe, and OUTSTANDING restaurant. We stayed in the older "Motel" part of the facility and had some plumbing issues, that were modestly addressed.
Overall, I will stay there again and would recommend it to my friends."

"Amazing house and grounds with the perfect blend of western niche charm and modern comfort.Four of us stayed here and were blown away by the attention to detail—from the rustic decor that captures the spirit of the Southwest, to the thoughtfully designed spaces that made our stay incredibly relaxing. The outdoor areas were great as well, shaded seating out back, access to a gas grill to enjoy the patio and of course plenty of room to unwind under the desert sky.The house was spotless and clearly cared for with love. "My husband and I met my niece and sister in Pahrump because it was 1/2 way between our home in California and their home in Eastern Nevada. Your home is in a very quiet neighborhood of Pahrump, close to town, restaurants, casinos, etc. The house is new construction, very clean, and decorated nicely. The continental breakfast that was provided was a very delicious & thoughtful start to the day. "I needed a place to stay after driving cross country to help with my parents move from their RV to a permanent home. This property was ideal with a fridge and freezer to keep food and meds cold and keeping ice available for my daily drinks and to chill my travel cooler. Very clean and convenient to the RV park in Parhump vs staying in Vegas. The property has 3 mini homes/trailers like the one I stayed in as well as one permanent tiny home. Lots of parking and each unit had a nice outdoor space and grill. Would stay there again"

"Clean, mostly quiet (morning roosters singing but we are used to that). The bed was so comfortable! I meant to look at the brand but forgot The host was responsive and respectful. I would 100% stay there again! The shower could accommodate very tall people, IYKYK. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The AC works great. My only suggestion is for bigger coffee cups. "

"Property was clean and well stocked with towels. Bed was very comfortable but a little high off the ground. Shower was very nice but no soap or shampoo was provided. Also there was no blow dryer. Overall I very much liked the accommodations. The host was very responsive and accommodating and lives on premises."

"The owners of this property have created an excellent VRBO. It was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and an absolute pleasure to experience. They responded quickly to my texts and were very helpful with arrival information. If I'm in Pahrump again and this property is available, I will stay there again."
"It is convenient if you need a place to stay when visiting family in Pahrump. It was clean and clear instructions for accessing the property. I did not find the furniture or beds to be particularly comfortable and the lighting situation was either dark or too bright. The kitchen was well-appointed with lots of pans and utensils for cooking, and even condiments in the fridge and cupboards. There is no access to a washer and dryer and there is a small list of chores they ask you to do before leaving (strip bedding, run dishwasher, take out trash, etc)."
"So the RV was fairly clean, but leveling was way off and the potty water tank overflowed and created an unsanitary condition inside the RV. Also it was really cold with insufficient heating. The heater didnt seem to work in the RV and the small heater they provided didnt keep it warm either. So we had no bathroom and heat. The only awesome parts of this was the farm and kangaroo we got to pet and feed and take pics with. Thats why i am not giving just 1 star. I really hope they keep their word to refund me for the two nights i couldn't stay due to these issueskeep their word and regund me par "
