I guess during our stay they were doing some renovations at a unit so the cleaners took a few days off. We were left with no clean towels or room service(cleaning it up a bit) for the duration of our stay. We were in the Angel's Landing cottage and it had everything we needed. The bedroom is upstairs with a narrow set of stairs going up so we left our luggage on the main floor. There's a two piece bathroom upstairs as well as the three piece bathroom on the main floor. The location of this property is great! Just a 20 minute walk to the park entrance or 5 minute walk to a shuttle stop. The included breakfast at Oscar's a couple of doors down was excellent.
