“The staff were wonderful and polite. Continental breakfast is just what i need to get started in the morning. There is always coffee available. The hot water seemed to be a small problem (second floor) but it was warm enough to get a quick shower. The room was very clean and the bed was wonderful. So comfortable. Elevator is right inside the front door-nice when you have too much to carry. ”

“Nice and clean. The bathroom door was stuck when we arrived. Couldn't open it at all. Only 2 towels and washcloths for 4 days, 2 people. We went and bought some from Walmart. Souvenirs from Florida... lol Communication was awful. Had to text the host. Host sounded like AI. Always canned responses. "I'll contact the team and someone will stop and take a look." The smoke detector ran out of steam, and started beeping at 5 in the morning! "Please, bring us a 9volt battery?" Same response... "Will……
