“The location of the hotel is great. Unfortunately, there was construction going on my entire stay. It would have been nice if this was stated to people before booking the hotel as this hotel is not cheap. The construction caused loud banging and sawing noises all throughout the day, starting early in the morning.
There also needs to be someone to help put out the heavy beach chairs.
There were two large roaches inside my room and after the cleaners cleaned the room, they just left the dead……

“We had a very brief stay at True Blue, but it was nothing short of fantastic. The staff members were all lovely, accommodating and welcoming! The property itself was beautiful- well maintained and our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. There was a wedding occurring when we were there and everyone looked like they were having a blast with a beautiful backdrop. Sky at the main bar was very friendly and made great recommendations.”

“Very disappointing experience. We traveled as a group of 16, and the only reason we still enjoyed ourselves was because we entertained each other.
Check-in was poor—no welcome drink or warm towel. We were told our wristbands were guaranteed not to come off and would cost $150 to replace. Less than 24 hours later my nephew’s fell off, and Guest Services initially tried charging us until we demanded a manager.
The food was the biggest letdown. Breakfast was repetitive, greasy, and often cold.……

“Everybody was so helpful at the place. The staff was the best. The staff made what was a beautiful place. Amazing. We especially liked Loren, Ingrid and the wonderful gentleman at the front. Be sure to go to listen to the music with the gal that sings beautiful karaoke. We would definitely come again five stars.”

“We stayed in Cabana #1. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C ran great. The room was cleaned every other day and the sheets and towels were changed on the 4th day. The restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The setting was very nice (the hotel is part of a marina). There is a pool, but it was being resurfaced when we were there. We would stay there again.”

“The rooms were cleaned every 2 days. The staff was very accommodating anything that was not in the room, you could ask and they would provide it. I would have liked to have a table and chair to sit and eat in room. Also a small stove can be placed in the room in the event someone was willing to prepare their own meals. The lounge area also needs a lot of work. But all in all my stay was very comfortable, it was close to several amenities. I totally recommend sea breeze hotel”

“Although the rooms need to be upgraded, they were spacious and clean. Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator but no microwave. No local tv as well. Beach views are breathing and the property sits directly on one of the best beaches in the island. The location is quiet and peaceful.
Breakfast is served on the property restaurant. Reasonable prices and varied with local options. Restaurant and bar service was a little slow and server attitude could be improved for some, not all. Overall a great……
