The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of options and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. “The location is great and the view from the balcony is amazing. We could see from our room the dolphins swimming in the aquarium next door. Very relaxed atmosphere, not crowded. They have their own private beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff is very nice. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast at the restaurant on the property could be better. I would stay there again.”

“Pool areas were dirty with cups and trash people left behind. No one was walking around cleaning during the day. When staff were around they were super helpful. Staffing seemed very limited Rooms were showing wear and tear.”

“The hotel rooms are outdated. It needs a refresher or this hotel will be out of business in a year or two. The rooms are poorly maintained and some smell bad and sinks/showers are clogged. The restaurants are nice but my opinion they can add one or two more choices. The restaurants are not open every night so it can get crowded with long waits and poor service. Most of the staff are helpful. They have a Hibachi restaurant where they con you to buy a bottle in order to secure a reservation and……
