“We stayed at this property for 9 nights. Although it is a nice property, it misrepresented its amenities in the Expedia posting. The posting lists two pools and a beach, both of which are correct. However, it doesn't mention that you need to purchase drinks/food from the two restaurants to use the amenities. That was at least $30-$40 daily just for drinks for the three of us. In addition, one of the two pools is gated for a handful of higher-priced rooms and not open to all property patrons.”

“I chose the Royal Sea Aquarium Resort for a solo birthday trip, and overall I had a good experience. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the shuttle service, which offered rides to downtown Willemstad, the Curaçao sign, the Curaçao Liqueur Distillery, grocery stores, and evening trips into town. This was especially helpful since I did not rent a car. The staff was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room upon arrival. The……

“We had a lovely time at CHOGOGO, but for a resort, some things were lacking, such as someone greeting upon arrival, bringing our bags up the stairs to our room, the lack of cleaning by housecleaning, and a few more. It was more a Airbnb vibe than a resort. But for the most part, it did not hinder the amazing time that we had. Sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. PROS * Fast check-In * Attentiveness and communication of staff when issues arise * Small plunge pool and hot tubs……
