“This is the worst resort I’ve ever been to! To start with, the staff is rude and unpleasant. On the first day, there was a horrible stain in the pool; we alerted the staff, and one annoyed employee said, "We already know!" “Rooms were very outdated especially the bathrooms also not to mention we waited three hours for pasta : PASTA we sat down with a group of 6 got at the resort restaurant at 8 and left at 10:45 without eating the main course it was absolutely ridiculous it happened almost every time I suggest going in smaller groups. Hotel has a great beach I recommend hitting the buffet it has great food. Hotel needs major upgrades the bathrooms in the lobby were super outdated other than that it’s ok if you are……
