Indulge yourself with a PRIVATE BEACH, two heated pools, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, an outdoor racquetball room, shuffleboard, picnic areas, playground, a putting green, and lush tropical gardens surrounding the property. Just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport (TPA) or 15 minutes from St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport (PIE).
Our fully-furnished vacation condo offers almost 1200sq.ft of open plan design and comes complete with towels, linens, cookware, dishes, cutlery, pool toys, and more! It has a full kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare your meals and entertain your guests, including a dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave.
Our well-appointed and tastefully decorated condo features brand new vinyl plank flooring in every room. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a spacious walk-in closet, flat-screen TV with cable and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a spacious walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV with cable and connects to the main bathroom which has a shower and bathtub and a separate vanity area. In the very spacious living room, there’s a 50-inch flat-screen TV which includes 70+ cable channels and an office area for a laptop connected to high-speed internet.
Enjoy sunsets on the bay right from the private beach---only one minute walk from your door. Bring your drink and slip off your shoes to enjoy the soft white sand between your toes. Awaken to gorgeous gardens and tropical palm trees while sipping coffee on our cozy sunny lanai.
