Superbly updated 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom 2 car garage renovated pool and HOT TUB home. Your home has a GIGANTIC heated swimming pool (80-85 degrees oct15-april15) with beautiful surrounding Pergola and sun lounge chairs that create the most ultimate spa - like experience! GET ready to have a nice relaxing evening by the fire pit roasting marshmallows! 5 MINUTE DRIVE TO BEACHES!!
Guests have access to the entire home. HEATED POOL seasonally.Always hot and ready HOT TUB are sure to please! Home has 2 car garage, fenced yard. We do not charge a fee to heat our pool unlike our competitors!

We have designed this home With your ultimate vacation experience in mind!
Our beds are often described by our guests as being “ the best I’ve ever slept on!” I would tend to agree I have the same mattress in my own home! Everything you would need is in the home.

✔️ BEDROOM 3- queen bed, walk in closet, dresser and office desk with chair. Large smart tv and ceiling fan. This bedroom has access to backyard and pool/ hot tub. Bed is super soft( ps if anyone likes a stiff feeling bad you can remove the toppers)

✔️ BATH ROOM 1- attached to master full 3 piece bathroom- shower, toilet, vanity bathroom is stocked with tons of toilet paper, hand, soap, hairdryer, curling iron, flat iron. We provide full-size shampoo, conditioner, male female, body wash. We provide Q-tips cotton balls, first aid kit

✔️ KITCHEN- fully stocked. Stainless appliances and quartz counters . very long 10 foot island with 6 bar stools are a chefs dream to cook and entertain at the same time. This kitchen has everything you would need. Knives, silverware, pots, pans, crockpot, toaster, waffle maker, martini glasses, wine glasses, coffee, cups, tons of plates, dawn kitchen soap, hand, soap, kitchen sponge, tons of garbage bags, dishwashing pods under the sink. We provide Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Sugar, filters, creamer, herbal tea, saran wrap, foil, Ziploc bags, Tupperware. 12 cup traditional brew coffee maker.

✔️ BACKYARD- LARGE HEATED POOL , HOT TUB , pergola with lounge chairs, out door dinning table w chairs , fire pit with chairs , grill with propane attached and super chic market lights!

✔️BABY GEAR- our home has a pack and play and highchair available at all times free of charge.

✔️ GARAGE- 2 car garage with full sized washer and 2 full sized dryers. All beach / pool toys , beach coolers and beach chairs/ umbrellas are stored here . we have a spare propane tank for the grill in your garage

Commonly asked questions:
1. Pool is heated 80-85 degrees. From October 15 -April 15. We can not turn it up. Please do not book this home if that is not warm enough for your group. We do not charge an extra fee to heat the pool
Our yard is fenced in with white PVC 6 foot privacy fence. Pool is 3 ft shallow end and 6 feet at deep end. No diving allowed.
2. Check out is 10 am check in is 4 pm
3. We are located 3/4 mile to grocery store, banks, many restaurants, dollar general, gas stations, walsingham park, beaches.
4. We do not allow parties( if you are not sure what a party is contact me and we can discuss )
5 max capacity 8 guests at all times
6. Quiet hours are 9 pm to 8 am daily
7. Closest beach is Indian rocks and Indian shores 3 -5 min drive
8. Clearwater beach is 7 miles away

Great holiday getaway

We stayed with our family of 6 adults and had a great time. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated being able to bring our pets. The location is also really convenient to beaches, Tampa, and St. Petersburg.

Best house we’ve ever rented. Place was clean, fully stocked with what you need during a vacation, and the host was wonderful! House is immaculate! Has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Pool and hot tub were wonderful to have. Our family of 5 had plenty of room in the house. Beds are comfy! This house was perfect!!! The pool and hot tub were a plus. Close to everything! We went to different beaches everyday. The house has everything you could possibly want. Owner checked in to make sure that we didn’t need anything. Highly recommend this house, it’s beautiful.

A Perfect Poolside Getaway!

Our recent stay at this great home was perfect! Sandy's attention to detail made all the difference, every aspect of our stay was designed for relaxation and comfort. Upon arrival, the warmth of the modern yet cozy décor welcomed us into a well maintained space. The bedrooms, with comfortable beds, provided a good night's sleep. The property's location is ideal, just a five-minute drive to the beach, easy access to sun, sand, and surf. The home itself, featuring a beautifully landscaped pergola and sun lounge chairs, created a spa-like atmosphere that was hard to leave. We appreciated the convenience of the private fenced yard for our dog Milana, which also added an extra layer of privacy and security to our stay. Also, the fact that there were no additional fees to heat the pool was a pleasant surprise and spoke volumes of the value Sandy strives to provide. We highly recommend this place, 5 out of 5!

Private backyard is a paradise

The amount of amenities in this rental were excellent! We used the private outdoor space most nights, just wish there was a bit more shade and we would’ve never been inside! The AC unit broke one afternoon and the owner had it fixed before we got back from dinner even though she was traveling herself. Just a 5 minute drive from Indian Rocks Beach and easy access to Walmart/Starbucks, and interstate access to St. Pete and Tampa. Highly recommend this rental for families or groups traveling that want to enjoy the sun and beach; do not recommend if you want to enjoy local nightlife in St Pete and Tampa as the drive is doable, but there can be lots of traffic. Thank you!

Beautiful, well appointed home away from home

The only disappointment of our stay is that we couldn’t stay longer. The owners communication was wonderful leading up to and during the stay. Very quick to respond every time. The kitchen was well appointed with tons of seasonings and plenty of cooking utensils. The little gifts left for us were a pleasant surprise after a busy travel day. Beds were all very comfortable. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and pool available. Nice plus to have laundry supplies available as well. Decorations were great! Simple, modern and fun. We got good use of the heated pool and hot tub as well as the comfortable lounge chairs outside. Such a great outdoor space. Location was also perfect. Quick drive to the beach for some amazing sunsets. Plenty of restaurants available within just a few minutes drive. A few things are even walkable. We walked to the dollar store for some snacks. Nice, safe 10 minute walk. We highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when returning to the area

Excellent Hosts and Wonderful House!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Host Sandra was so wonderful, easy communication and was very helpful with a couple questions. The house had everything you would ever need and plenty of extras! The private pool was stellar!! If you are want to visit Indian Rocks, Clearwater, TreasurIsland or Fort De Soto Park this house is a great location.

Very convenient location less than 10 minutes from the beach! The owner was great with communication and made check in and check out very easy. The garage was full of helpful items for the beach (umbrellas, toys, etc) that made it easier for going with our kids.

House has everything

This house had everything we needed to enjoy time with our family. The detailed listing tells you exactly what the house offers, which is a lot. The open kitchen/dining area gave our family a great location to hang out when instead while the pool area was perfect at all times of the day and night. The house is close to the beach and many great restaurants. Nothing to complain about here as the host is fantastic.

Everything you need!

The house was exactly as described, so beautiful and modern inside. The owner thought of everything down to the smallest details. Only had to contact her a couple of times and they were because of our user error and she was super quick to respond. We only had to buy food, no need to buy any kitchen/bathroom items. She had everything. Tons of towels which was awesome since there were 5 of us. Washer was huge and there were two dryers which was super convenient. Tons of pool toys/beach gear. A quick drive to the beach! Pool and hot tub were fantastic and a great way to end the day if we were out all day. She left us a cute gift upon arrival which was a nice touch. A must stay in the area, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone! A beautiful home!

Beautiful relaxing getaway

We started our larger family vacation at this home a few days earlier and we were so pleased! It was such a nice quiet beautiful place to start our week and half of relaxation away from Minnesota! Our host was so responsive not only before we booked, but throughout the time before we arrived, the day before and during the stay! She was so fast to respond and help us with any questions we had. She ensured we had all of the information prior to our arrival and had everything that we needed. The house was so well stocked with everything we could need from the kitchen to the bathrooms! The house was also decorated so well, it was such a welcoming place to stay. I would highly recommend this property as well as the host, she was fantastic! Everything was as advertised

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was more than fully stocked with everything you need. There was ton of toilet paper, paper towels, spices, laundry detergent and bounce. The full size body washes and full size shampoo’s were great. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. The owner was great to work with. We had one issue and she immediately responded to us and fixed the issue. Thanks Sandra for your hospitality!!

Fabulous House

The home is beautiful and very well equipped! Check in was very accommodating to allow our son to arrive a little early so that he could work. We will definitely rebook for our visit next year! Thank you !
