The community features direct beach access with a boardwalk, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. The oceanfront swimming pool is heated to 81 degrees during spring and fall months (March/April and September/October) to ensure a comfortable experience throughout the swimming season.
